2. Farm Management Services
Comprehensive Management: Post-purchase, Mogg’s manages all aspects of the farmland, including crop selection, plantation, maintenance, and harvesting.
Expert Guidance: Agronomists provide recommendations on suitable crops like sandalwood, teakwood, arecanut, and pepper, to maximize returns.
Monitoring: Investors can monitor their farmland’s progress and updates through a dedicated mobile application (currently under development).
3. Returns & Revenue
Income Streams: Returns are generated through crop yields, land appreciation, and potential resale value.
First-Year Maintenance: The first year of farm maintenance is complimentary. From the second year onwards, a maintenance fee of ₹4 per sq. ft. applies.

On-Site Facilities: Farms are equipped with amenities such as fencing, lighting, restrooms, security houses, swimming pools, badminton courts, dining areas, cowsheds, children’s play areas, and temples to enhance the living experience.
